Article Processing Charge (APC) & Withdrawal Fee

CONFLUENCE: Journal of Business, Economics & Governance applies the following fee policy:

1) Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • Free of charge (IDR 0) for all publication stages, including submission, peer review, editing, and publication.

2) Author-Initiated Withdrawal Fee

To maintain editorial professionalism and to respect the time and effort of editors and reviewers, the journal charges a fee when an author withdraws a manuscript unilaterally at certain stages:

  • If the manuscript is withdrawn while under peer review: a fee of IDR 500,000 applies.

  • If the manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted and/or already published: a fee of IDR 1,000,000 applies.

3) No-Fee Conditions

  • If the manuscript is rejected or declined by the journal/editor, no fees will be charged to the author.

Note: Withdrawal requests must be submitted formally via the journal system/official journal contact and will be processed according to the journal’s editorial policy.
