Pendampingan Penyusunan Proposal Hibah BIMA 2026 untuk Meningkatkan Kesiapan Pengajuan Penelitian Dosen

This community service activity aimed to enhance faculty readiness in preparing BIMA 2026 proposals for research and community service programs. The activity was conducted through mentoring and a coaching clinic focusing on proposal writing strategies, understanding funding schemes, developing background, objectives, methods, outputs, roadmaps, and budget plans. The participants were lecturers from Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien across various study programs. The implementation method included material presentation, interactive discussion, question-and-answer sessions, and evaluation using a questionnaire. The results showed that the mentoring activity helped participants understand the main components of BIMA 2026 proposals and increased their motivation and confidence in preparing more focused and competitive proposals. However, participants still needed further assistance, particularly in developing roadmaps, outputs, implementation methods, and budget plans. This activity contributes to strengthening faculty capacity to increase participation in research and community service funding opportunities.
